A titan of work , a humble person with a head full of dreams .

Healthy eating and sports have always been close to her heart. She herself was a fitness competitor for many years winning many medals and cups.
She graduated with a degree in mathematics... and due to the lack of a "healthy pastry shop" in her hometown of Bialystok, she began to develop recipes for sugar and gluten-free cakes, pies, cookies and bars herself. With simple and short composition, calculated calories and macronutrients.

From a small manufactory under the name FIT CAKE, she began to develop a chain that became a forerunner of such places in Poland. More desserts began to be added to the assortment (including jarred desserts, ice cream, breakfasts), and the offer itself began to enrich with lactose-free, vegan, keto or low fodmap options).
Fit Cake is her lifestyle and above all - a dream come true.

Ewelina is the HEART of the organization and a person full of empathy and patience for each franchisee.

FIT CAKE franchise network began to expand based on the knowledge acquired over 20 years of running various businesses , managing hundreds of people .
A healthy lifestyle is also no stranger to him. He trains at the gym and Karate where he is already practically in possession of the I DANA tz. black master belt .

A man for whom nothing is impossible. Relationships with people is the competence through which he scales business .
